Anyone who wishes to apply for the KidsCare program should attend a Love Your Kids event.

A child may qualify for KidsCare if he or she is 18 years old or younger and:

Is a resident of Arizona
Is either a U.S. citizen or a qualified non-citizen (regardless of the status of the parents)
Is not currently covered by other health insurance
Doe not qualify for coverage through a state agency employee
Is a member of a household that meets the KidsCare income guidelines
Is a member of a household that is willing to pay a monthly premium
